Wonderland Of My Creation

I always thought I was doing this blog for fun. And I was. It was fun. It was creative and interesting and I got to use my words and ideas and oh, people were reading it, people like my stories, this is something I could actually do- And then I realized that somewhere along the way, it stopped being fun. "WRITE BLOG POSTS!!!!" glared at me in my own handwriting every day, and it became a chore. I loved this story, I loved this world, and it was something that was mine - but I also want to keep it fun. So I'm officially quitting Wonderland Of My Creation, not because I don't love the story but because I just don't really want to write a blog anymore. I'll never let go of this world, and I'll continue making characters, just not so formally. Thank you and goodnight.

oh my gash okay im so sorry this week has been a lil busy and i didn't have time to post, sorry~ so here's my problem. i love totm so so so much. it was, like, the only consistent thing that kept me going through quarentine. (this isn't me shutting down wonderland of my creation / "taking a break") but i guess that lately i've been feeling a lil... uninspired by my themes of the month. maybe that's on me for not choosing good ones, idk. i just seriously don't know what to do with julian, i had no idea what to do with bellatrix or violetta or fiona, and yet maia and wanda's stories came easily. i love the three dimensional-ness that being a rebel adds to a character, and i feel like just having normal characters (especially now that i've gotten a taste of these cool new ones) is just boring. i'm not changing anything for now, but i might make more rebel or dark soul or just other types of characters. also if you have any suggestions for them...

Okay, in March of 2021, Jaki and her sister Vicki had a... complicated relationship. Julian and Jani are the exact opposite. Julian and Jani are twins, but Jani's a graphic designer. Julian is pretty happy and fun with the people she knows but otherwise pretty shy (ugh i wish i coulda gone with my original idea...) , but Jani is super outgoing and has one of the boldest senses of style ever (she's the kinda person who'll wear an orange minidress with white polka dots and a green collar, a bright blue sunhat with an orange flower in it, and clunky white sneakers with little green charms, i wanna wear that now too) . Julian is more subdued generally, and tbh only really talks to Jani. She has a couple of friends from one of the community workspaces she goes to, but likes just sitting and drawing quietly.

Am I being fancy today? Yes. Is this gonna be consistent? Of course not. Powers:  Julian is basic-er than I wanted her to be (yes, i'm gonna keep bringing this up...) , but she's a great artist (she draws in the style of... *goes on pinterest* fresh_bobatae -side note, i really like this artist bc they're stuff is generally really pretty and so imagine that kinda art animated like nicely and not 3d, the same way its drawn there so yeah-) . I guess she doesn't have any powers,  but she really likes water, OH! She's gonna have a magic pen that makes any inanimate she draws only with that pen  come to life because she's an animator so she animates the   inanimate  objects. I'm so clever, I know. Friends:  Okay, so this is getting a lil' annoying. I don't really like having to create an entire other character every month, plus it's kinda weird that all my characters mainly have only one friend, so I'm not doing this segment anymore and surprise, ...

  So. Maybe last month didn't end perfectly, but I have a new character: Julian Lotus. I used the same character maker that I used for Fiona (bc i couldn't find another one i liked / i was impatient / the one i originally used didn't have the hair i wanted)  and I'm kinda annoyed about it because I originally wanted her to be more of a not-fragile-like-a-flower-fragile-like-a-bomb person (her og talent was martial arts) , but it's ok (she was supposed to be more serious, resting-face-is-happy-face person) . Her Talent is animation, normal soul and townie alliance. I guess she's gonna be a pretty calm character. After the chaotic story that's been the past few months, I think I'mna do a more basic story for her (don't worry, ill hint to the Rebel stuff, im not gonna leave u hanging).

Oh my gosh. April is over. Oh no. Oh no. I DIDN'T FINISH WANDA'S STORY- SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE THIS COOL CHARACTER ARCH AND WHILE I WAS WRITING THURSDAY'S POST I FORGOT ABOUT MY IDEA FOR FIONA'S CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT WITH THE GREEN APPLE THING WHYYYYY- sorry okay, so this didn't go the way i was planning - long story short the interview is okay but a little rocky, wanda's skills are a little rusty. she's gonna continue the show, and she (will) invite katiana goldstein on and talk about contreversial things. meanwhile lydia is being a bit chaotic, organizing riots and attempting to poison violetta during the interview but parker sees that violetta's tea color is different and tells her not to drink it so lydia's plan fails. fiona was supposed to have this whole identity crisis and i wanted to rebrand her as a green apple girl while still trying to maintain her image of being kind and sweet but the predjudices and like mean-ness that comes against he...

Why is Fiona red? I was typing in the emoji for today, and i noticed the green apple emoji near the red one. but i've based fiona's character almost entirely on red apples. aside from my weekly boba tea order (green apple fruit tea and tapoica pearls from tea time, if anyone cares) , i've practically ignored that green apples exist... so why not turn it into character backstory for Fiona? when you think of the colors red and green individually, red generally means anger and "stop!" and fire and stuff. green kinda makes me think of plants and growth but also that sassy character from inside out. but when you think of apples, red ones are probably what come to mind, right? well, originally, when fiona got her theme, she thought of green apples. she got a package of green stuff, actually, because she "marketed" herself as a sweet green apple girl. but something didn't really feel right - she was too sweet to be a bitter green apple. so she undewent the ...

Wanda was pissed. She had just seen the article that Brianna Dennis published online (see: April 12) , and she wasn't happy. Why? Because names had come out, and that ruined the whole point of sending Lydia (one of the sneakiest Rebels in Wanda's arsenal) to help the Rebels escape. The whole point was for the Rebels to dissapear without a trace, but Lydia had messed up enough where they could trace it back to her, and reporters found out.You see, normally officials kept these things to themselves so as not to worry the public, with the occasional article slipping out about a particularly explosive protest or dramatic court proceeding. I had a strike of inspiration - I know what Wanda looks like. She looks smart and kind, and easy to open up to - qualities I think are very important in an interviewer. There's just something about just looking at her... Something about her makes me just wanna tell her everything. However, part of me can also see her face curling into this evil grin, imagining the ideas twisting in her head.
