Wanda: Hello Townies and Capers! Welcome back to Who What When Where Why! I'm your host, Wanda Wonder, and today I will be interviewing the 2-time Olympic gold medalist runner, so please, gimme a hand for Kendra Lemon! What's up, Kendra?

Kendra: I am so excited to be here!

W: Well, let's get things rolling! First off: WHO are you?

K: Well, like you said, I am a 2-time Olympic gold medallist in the 100 meter sprint. Besides my Talent, I enjoy ballet and sewing!

W: Ooh, ballet! Complicated, no?

K: Well, I don't spend all my time doing ballet. I live about a 5 minute walk to the Classy Cassy Dance Studio, and I go there maybe... once a week-ish?

W: Wow! That's incredible, Kendra!

K: Oh, please. Call me Kenzie!

W: Well then, that's incredible, Kenzie.

*both laugh*

W: Okay, moving on; WHAT is your daily training routine?

K: *sucks teeth* Oh boy, this might be long... Okay, so I wake up pretty early. 6:00 am, normally. I change immediately, and then I eat breakfast. I am obsessed with the lemon poppy seed muffins from the Golden Bakery in Central Square. Ugh, they are so good... Anyways, then I will probably go to the Workout World to run on the treadmill for a bit. When it's nice out I'll do a few laps around the Delahine Walkway in Larkspur Park, maybe even run along the Mathilde Beach.

W: Oh, the Delahine Walkway is beautiful.  Well, on the topic of running, WHEN are you competing next?

K: I'm running the marathon, and I'm also doing the Red Ribbon Run. I think it's on the 25th?

W: What's the Red Ribbon Run?

K: It's a race. People can pledge, and whoever wins, the person who pledged and basically bet that they would win will donate the amount of money they pledged to the Capers' Aids Association, or the CAA! I'm not explaining this very well...

W: Nah, I think I get it! That's incredible, Kenzie. Okay, moving on; WHERE is your favorite restaurant?

K: My favorite restaurant... I think it would either be the Golden Bakery that I mentioned earlier, the or maybe Yasmine's Greek Chefhouse in the Capetol.

W: Yasmine's Greek Chefhouse is delicious. Wow, I can't believe we are already almost done! My last question is...

Wanda and Studio Audience: WHY are you so fabulous?

*laughter*

K: Well, I work hard, and I follow through, and I also just happen to be lucky. But most importantly, I have friends and people around who support and help me. I also happen to have a large stockpile of lemons at home if anyone needs them, 'cause when life gives you lemons, keep them, because hey, free lemons!

*laughter*

W: It was a real pleasure having you on the show, Kendra. Tune in tomorrow night for another exclusive interview. Bye!
