April 15, 2021 - Recipe #1

I have recipes for Parker's enchantments, starting with identifying any given object. For example, if you want to be able to spot a certain type of fish, you can enchant your goggles to be attuned to that type of fish, and beep whenever you are near one.

Identifying Given Object

Materials:

  • Given Object

  • 2 cups of dried seaweed

  • 1 tablespoon of squid ink

  • 2½ teaspoons of saltwater (1 teaspoon + ½ teaspoon salt = 1 teaspoon saltwater)

  • 1 shard of a shattered magnifying glass


Process:

  1. Place Given Object into marble cauldron.

  2. Add squid ink one cup at a time, stirring 10 strokes in between.

  3. Slowly pour squid ink into the cauldron. Wait 45 seconds.

  4. Add saltwater quickly. Stir vigorously for 30 seconds. The color should change from dark gray to purple.

  5. Carefully place the shard into the center of the cauldron. It should immediately begin to glow and slowly disintegrate.

  6. Submerge clothing item(s) into the potion (Only good for 2 items).  Leave for 24 hours. Remove and let dry for 24 hours.
